This Thai Green Salad is on the menu for the 100 day challengers this week,
and I wanted to share it with all of you too!
So I love Thai food and even worked at a Thai restaurant in college. If you are a fan of Thai food at all you will love this salad. It's pretty quick and easy.
Top with fresh sprouts of choice, salt and pepper, or thai chili fakes for a kick
Mix 2 tablespoons of nut butter of choice with 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons of water add a agave syrup or honey to taste mix well and add to the salad and toss. You can always add more nut butter or water to play with the consistency and tell it is what you desire.
