Late night lift

Late night drink. Some sweet fellowship with an amazing friend and encouragement through God's word. Some FaceTime wisdom with my dad. Feeding the body. Mind. And soul. Thank you Jesus for this night lift. 
Recipe:
2 handfuls Kale
1/2 Zucchini. 
2 Apple. 
1 cup cut Pineapple. 
1 cup Spinach. 
2 pieces celery 
1 handful Green beans. 
1 Lemon. 
2 in Ginger. 
1 cup Snap peas. 
2 tbs Hemp protein powder. 
2 tbs Chia seeds. 

This was pretty good, I would only use one scoop hemp protein next time, but overall still refreshing and filling!
