Energy Banana Bites

For all of you who are joining in the 100 day challenge this makes for a great snackthat provides health and a boost of energy. This recipe is a combination of Lindsay one of the participants (and my sweet cousin) and me.
Slice of banana down the center add nut butter of choice and sprinkle with hemp seeds a.k.a. God sprinkles. Place in the freezer for a cold treat or eat as is.
