Chai Sandwich

This is such a simple and quick healthy lunch idea. 
no oils, gmo, processed Sprouted Alpine bread (I buy mine at Costco)
Avocado spread on toasted bread
Romane lettuce
Sliced bell peppers
Sliced tomatoes
sprinkle with chia seeds for texture and fun
serve with a side of fruit
