Healthy shots

This little one was getting in his healthy protein shots today:). Have you?
This was pretty good. Not too sweet, but gave a great boost of energy and was filling.

Juice:
4 oranges
2 handfuls snap peas 
2 handfuls green beans 
8 carrots of many colors
1 lemon
1/2 inch to 1inch of Ginger 
THEN BLEND:
1 tbs raw sun flower seeds
1 tabs raw pumpkin seeds
Ice 
1 scoop hemp protein powder 
Top with God's sprinkles and enjoy!
