Cranberry Dream

Cranberry dream: this juice is frothy and delicious. Try it and let me know what you think.

1 cup cranberries
2 oranges 
1 large cucumber 
2 handfuls of spinach 

Enjoy this amazing drink! Benefits are endless, but I will highlight a few. This juice is a natural anti-imflamitory, great source of protein, and a pinch of vitamin C. This juice is also a great hydrating juice, which is great in these winter months when hair and skin can tend to be more dry. 

Juicing is a great way to maximize nutrients straight into your system. Feeling a cold come on...juices some oranges, carrots, and ginger. Have a headache juice some cucumbers, kale, and pineapple. The list goes on, but juicing is a great source of health.
