Cacao Surprise

Cacao Surprise:
Handful blue berries
Handful raspberries
2-3 Handfuls spinach
2 small cucumbers
2 oranges
To desired consistency coconut water, almond milk, and ice
1 scoop hemp protein powder
1-2 tbs cacao nibs 
Blend and enjoy! 

This juice is great for a pre-workout drink as it is packed with nutrients and protein to provide energy,  muscle building, and strength training. 

Cacao is also a great for building sting bones and a great detoxifier of the liver.
