1 cup cranberries
1 handful spinach 
3 to 5 Florence of cauliflower or broccoli
1/2-1 apple

This can be a little tired so if you like sweet rather than tired I had a whole apple, if you do not mind tart stick with half an apple. It's delicious and a natural and anti-inflammatory.
