P2X: Sample Plan

Hey all! The P2x challenge is going strong! I hope you have been enjoying your plants and have noticed  the difference in your energy and function! 

Today I want to encourage you to stay strong, plan a head, and don't forget to pray for strength daily! You can do it! 

Here is a sample of one of my days. Leave a comment below And share yours!

Breakfast and Snack:
5 handfuls Spinach,  1-2 cups frozen diced mango, 2 small cucumber, 1/2 cup coconut water, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 banana, f2 tbls flaxseed mill, 2 tbls Vitiman C powder. 

Lunch: southwest salad 
Spinach, corn, quino, tomatoes, black cilantro, beans, avocados, and  1/8 of a sliced tortilla. Salsa as the dressing. 

Dinner: This is a simple dinner that was delicious and yummy! 

Veggie pasta (use pasta of choice)
Mix one can tomato sauce and one can of stewed diced tomatoes with one clove of minced garlic
Add fresh asparagus and cauliflower 
For some added heat sprinkle chili flakes on top. 

Simple and delicious!  Your health is worth the Investment! Keep up the great work!
