For dinner tonight we made a loaded BBQ baked potato. we have added traditional chili two I baked potatoes before and it was delicious but we wanted something a little different so this mainframe nice change. It was delicious!
In a crockpot added:
1 can of kidney beans drained
1 can of great Northern white beans drained
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups of organic corn (you can use frozen or canned that make sure you drain)
1 tbls maple syrup honey, agave or dates blended
1 tablespoon organic ketchup (optional)
1 tsp organic mustard
1/2 cup water
Chopped onions and mushrooms to desired amount.
Cook on low for at least half the day.
Bake potato 45 minutes on 425°

diced cherry tomatoes and cilantro and salt and pepper to taste:)
