California Buckeyes

This makes for a great snack or lunch. 
Cut avocado in half and remove the seed
In a bowl crumble (raw/sprouted) bread crumbs
Add a table spoon or two of salsa until bread is covered, but not soggy
Spoon in salsa/bread mix to each side of the avocado top with salt or lime or both
Place in oven for 5 mins on 350 or enjoy it RAW
It's delicious and healthy!
