Healthy lunch: Veggie Chia sandwich

This is a veggie open faced sandwich that I had for lunch last week. I topped it with some Chia seeds just to try it. It wasn't bad! I would definitely do it again! The sandwich also had hummus, lettuce, tomatoes, and mung bean sprouts. Real/plant based food is really delicious!
