Balsamic Basil Pasta

This is pretty easy, plant based, and delicious! 

*whole wheat pasta (you could use regular or gluten free too)
* heirloom tomatoes diced 
* fresh basil leaves
* balsami vinegar 
* pine nuts 
* nutritional yeast (bought in the build section at natural foods stores)

Instructions:
Cook pasta according to directions on package and let cool a little. I prefer it cooled because I like my tomatoes crisp...but I have had it both hot and cool. You could do whichever! 

In a large bowl toss pasta, basil, and balsamic vinegar. Add tomatoes and litly toss again. Sprinkle with Balsamic and Pine nuts or nutritional yeast! Yum!
