Kids Too


Getting our children to eat plant based can be challenging, but believe me when I say their tastes buds change just as ours do. I am always looking for healthy, plant based options for our kids and here is one they really enjoyed.

carrots, cucumbers, and blue berries.
This can also be packed for a school lunch.
