Pear Vinaigrette Salad

I have been wanting to post this for a while and finally getting a chance! 

We typically try to eat some what healthy, and many of our friends would agree we try to make "healthier" choices.  However we still have much room to grow and improve. Especially after watching  all the recent documentaries on Net Flix. If you haven't seen them you must! They are eye opening! I will include a list below for you when you have time! Be ready to be informed!
 It is crazy how much garbage is being put into many of our foods! Criminal really! 

So, Tu and I have agreed to try to lower the amount of processed foods and eating out. We have been juicing for a while and trying to add more plant based food to our diet. We have to be realistic too! We can't change everything all at once. Well we can, but we are choosing to ease our family into this change. Especially the kids! I will be sharing some of the recipes we will try, but mostly the ones we enjoy. This was a recent salad we had. 

Salads are one of my favorites. They do take a little work and prep, but they are worth it! 
Here is our Pear Vinaigrette Salad
     
* Spinach and Kale Mix
* Diced Pears
* Diced Heirloom tomatoes
* Sprinkle of Feta Cheese
* Sprinkle of soft cheese of your choice
* Top with Balsamic Vinegar and olive oil

So delicious and yummy!
