Uncle Sam's whole wheat cereal
Organic raw oatmeal
1/4 Organic diced red delicious apples
1/4 Organic banana
Top with Chia seeds
Rice milk (can use whatever milk substitute you prefer here). I like changing up my milk substitutes sometimes I use almond, sometimes coconut, sometimes rice etc.
This is a great breakfast that is plant-based and very filling!
