Healthy Eats: Yellow and Red Bagel

How is the New Years resolution to eat healthier coming along? Well here is a yummy and healthy lunch to try. We have been loving us some bell peppers lately, so this is a new favorite of ours! Try a open face bagel (eat only half), light cream cheese or hummus or avocado spread, and load it with thick slices of tomato and yellow bell pepper! Yummy! Yummy! Yummy!  Enjoy!

  3. Yum, I want to try this. We are allergic to dairy, but may try a little goat cheese instead of the cream cheese. We love peppers! Thanks for sharing.
