Healthy Eats: Yellow and Red Bagel

How is the New Years resolution to eat healthier coming along? Well here is a yummy and healthy lunch to try. We have been loving us some bell peppers lately, so this is a new favorite of ours! Try a open face bagel (eat only half), light cream cheese or hummus or avocado spread, and load it with thick slices of tomato and yellow bell pepper! Yummy! Yummy! Yummy!  Enjoy!
